Genuso.com is the professional portfolio and service interface of Genuso LLC, a Wyoming Limited Liability Company. All services, including Architecture as a Service (AaaS) and legacy project management, are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.

2. Intellectual Property

Every line of logic, architectural diagram, and philosophical text on this site is the "Sovereign Property" of Genuso LLC. Unauthorized extraction of code, design patterns, or proprietary engineering pillars is strictly prohibited.

3. Service Engagement

Inquiries made via this site do not constitute a formal Master Service Agreement (MSA). A formal architectural engagement is only established upon the execution of a bespoke contract signed by the Principal Architect.

4. Legacy & Social Ecosystems

Genuso LLC is the legal owner and operator of the KarmaJO.com ecosystem. Users of KarmaJO are subject to the specific transactional and community terms found on that platform. Genuso LLC acts as the "Merchant of Record" or technical steward for these high-consequence environments.

5. Limitation of Liability

Genuso LLC provides architectural insights and services designed for resilience. However, we are not liable for external technical debt or structural failures of third-party APIs connected to your systems.
